STRAWBERRY-RHUBARB SMASH
Ingredients:
2 ounces vodka
2 ounces strawberry-rhubarb shrub
2-3 ounces soda
Instructions:
Combine shrub and vodka in a glass. Stir to combine.
Add ice and top off with club soda.
TART CHERRY WHISKEY SOUR
Ingredients:
2 ounces whiskey
2 ounces tart cherry shrub
1/2 ounce egg white
Instructions:
Add whiskey, tart cherry shrub and egg white to a shaker and dry-shake for 30 seconds without ice.
Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
Strain into a glass, add ice and serve.
DARK N’ STORMY
Ingredients:
2 ounces rum
2 ounces ginger-turmeric-lime shrub
2-3 ounces soda
lime wedge
Instructions:
Combine shrub and rum in a glass. Stir to combine.
Add ice and top off with club soda. Garnish with lime wedge and serve.
STRAWBERRY-RHUBARB SPRITZ
Ingredients:
1 ounce Averna Amaro
1 ounce strawberry-rhubarb shrub
3 ounces prosecco
1 ounce soda
Instructions:
Add amaro and strawberry rhubarb shrub to large wine glass. Stir to combine.
Add ice. Top with sparkling wine and soda.
Stir lightly and serve.
